Who are we?

Home & Garden Solutions is the holding company of a group of four growing European brands:
Verasol, Gardendreams and Sunmaster. Together, these companies design, produce and sell high-quality
and durable living solutions for home and garden.

The companies have strong market positions mainly in Germany and the Netherlands with a broad distribution profile ranging from major DIY retailers and specialist dealers to a network of Verasol’s own shops, including an expanding online retail channel. 

Verasol and Gardendreams are international manufacturers that design, produce and sell made-to-order verandas, garden rooms, glass sliding wall systems and carports. Founded in 2001 in the Dutch city of Helmond, Verasol can rely on twenty years of experience in outdoor living solutions.

Within a short time, Gardendreams has grown into a large, professional B2B supplier in the outdoor living solutions market. Verasol has its production facilities and distribution centres in Wachtendonk (Germany), while the Gardendreams locations are situated in Emsbüren (Germany). From these locations, they deliver solutions and custom-fit finished products through various distribution channels across Europe.

As the latest addition to the Group, Sunmaster (Nijkerk, the Netherlands) contributes nearly 50 years of experience and a national dealer network in
high-quality sun protection solutions, from outdoor screens and shutters to outdoor sun protection products.

creating a comprehensive range of living solutions for home and garden.
